Strategic Plan

Strategic planning is an organisation's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. Ideally, the plan should cover multiple years; include targets for expected goals; and propose specific performance measures used to evaluate progress towards those targets.
