Below are the tournament documents and forms required by Associations, Clubs, and Schools for entering Softball NZ tournaments this upcoming 2012/13 season. They range from entry forms to return schedules (team rosters) to 'pick up player' forms. Any queries whatsoever please contact your local club, school, or association or contact Softball NZ.

Here are the remaining important dates and deadlines for this upcoming 2012/13 season;

Age-Grade Tournaments (U15 – U19 Boys & Girls)

• Sat 1 Dec, 2012:         Entry form & payment due
• Mon 3 Dec, 2012:       Return schedule (team roster due)

Men’s and Women’s Open Club Tournaments

• Fri 11 Jan 2013:          Early Bird entry and fee due at SNZ at 5:00pm
• Fri 8 Feb, 2013:           Final entry and fee due at SNZ at 5:00pm
• Fri 8 Feb, 2013:           Return schedule (Team roster) due at SNZ at 5:00pm

Secondary Schools Div 1 & 2 Tournaments

• Wed 13 Feb, 2013:     Entry forms due
• Mon 25 Feb, 2013:      Div 1 finalists notified to SNZ by associations/liaison officers
• Fri 1 Mar 2013:           Entry fee and team roster due to SNZ
