SOFTBALL NZ - HIGH PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

Softball New Zealand is calling for applications for the position of Softball NZ High Performance Director.

The High Performance Director will play a pivotal role in leading Softball New Zealand’s high performance system responsible for the delivery of its high performance programme across elite and pathway levels. You will be responsible for leading all programmes under both gender formats of Black Sox and White Sox including Senior, Junior, Emerging and Developing Sox products. This non-coaching role has been designed to support coach and athlete performances and results through effective delivery, developed in cooperation with the relevant national head coaching staff and key partners to achieve Softball New Zealand’s vision of success.

DEVELOPING SOX U15 GIRLS - MANAGER

19 June

Softball New Zealand is calling for applications for the position of Manager for the Developing Sox Girls Team.

The Manager will be part of a management team supporting the development of a group of national athletes toward maximising their potential and realising the SNZ high performance vision.
 

This includes:
  • Planning and management of national camps during 2017 and 2018.
  • Planning and management of the squad through preparation for an international tour (TBC) in 2018.

DEVELOPING SOX U15 GIRLS - PITCHING COACH

Softball New Zealand is calling for applications for the position of Pitching Coach for the Developing Sox Girls Team.

The Pitching Coach will be part of a management team supporting the development of a group of national athletes toward maximising their potential and realising the SNZ high performance vision.
 

This includes:
  • Provide training plans for individual pitchers and monitor these to ensure deadlines and goal targets are being met
  • Monitor pitching squad members to ensure they are physically fit and free of injuries and ensure all injuries are tended to
