To qualify for New Zealand's top umpire grading (Level 7) an umpire must obtain ISF Accreditation. The International Softball Federation Accreditation programme began in 1978.
Since the beginning of this programme a total of 39 New Zealand umpires have been accredited. Overseas ISF accredited umpires currently residing in New Zealand are also listed.
