Merle Bulter: 
Merle was the ISF Director of Umpiring and lead the ISF's umpiring programme since 1981 until his passing in Jan 2008. Became a registered umpire in 1961. From 1981-1991, assigned as Umpire-In-Chief (UIC) for events ranging from ISF Men's and Women's World Championships, to Pan-Am Games, to Junior Boys and Junior Girls World Championships. Would go on to serve as UIC at 1996 and 2000 Olympics. Was appointed ISF Rules Interpreter in 1981. Has numerous umpire clinics to his credit both in the U.S. and internationally. The first full-time ASA National Director of Umpires.

Wayne Saunders: 
Wayne is in his 51st consecutive active year in softball, 34 years as an umpire. Wayne currently serves in the administrative positions of ISF Regional Umpire Coordinator for Oceania and New Zealand National Umpire-in-Chief. Wayne has officiated 135 ISF games and has umpired 505 International/Overseas games including 248 full Internationals.

Doug, an IV umpire, is one of seven Deputy Umpire-In-Chief's with Softball Canada and has been officiating since 1966.
Joel is an ISF certified umpire with the Softball Canada programme. Joel hails from Brantford, Ontario, Canada.
