MANAGEMENT CHECKLIST

 
FLIGHT INFORMATION FORM OPENING CEREMONY
29/12/2019 The opening ceremony will be held on Saturday 22 February 2020 at Colquhoun Park (time TBC), followed by the opening game. All National Teams are required to participate in the Ceremony, and all participants shall be present in official uniform (jersey and pants or official tracksuits; NO jeans, NO flip-flops, NO shorts are allowed).
 
PRELIMINARY TEAM’S ROSTER CLOSING AND AWARDS CEREMONY
24/01/2020 To be held immediately after the final game on Sunday 1 March 2020 at Colquhoun Park.
*The 3 medalist National Teams only are required to participate in the ceremony.

All participants shall be present in official uniform (jersey and pants or official tracksuits; NO jeans, NO flip-flops, NO shorts are allowed).

PRE TOURNAMENT PRESS CONFERENCE
A press conference will be held on Friday 21 February 2020 in the Palmerston North City Conference and Function Centre. Address: 354 Main St | Palmerston North, 4410
 
PRE TOURNAMENT TECHNICAL AND ORGANISATIONAL MEETING
A pre-tournament technical and organisational meeting will be held on Friday 21 February 2020 at 13:30 at the Palmerston North City Conference and Function Centre. Address: 354 Main St | Palmerston North, 4410. 

*team leaders and/or head coaches (with the original passport of all athletes) of all the participating teams must participate in the meeting as attendance by each National Team is mandatory. A maximum of three (3) representatives are welcome to attend (we encourage teams that one of the representatives is an athlete).
**Passports and bats will be checked at the technical meeting

 

OPENING BANQUET
An official opening banquet will be taking place on Friday 21 February 2020 (TBC) Maximum of three (3) delegates per National Team
