DSX HEAD COACH UNVEILS TEAM FOR INAUGURAL WBSC U-15 WOMEN'S SOFTBALL WORLD CUP IN JAPAN

Anthea Stringer, the head coach of the Developing Sox, has finalised her team for the WBSC U-15 Women's Softball World Cup, which will take place from October 19 to 30 at the Komazawa Olympic Park Sports Complex in Japan. This inaugural world cup will be held at a venue that was built for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.

Today our journey to the u-23 World Cup began with a 17 hour flight to Dubai, then onto a plane for another 12+ hours to Buenos Aires via a layover of 1 and a half hour in Rio.

The New Zealand softball community is mourning the sad loss of Linda Wood, a long-time softball journalist and former Softball New Zealand staffer, who has died in Wellington, aged 58.
MAJOR SOX DRAFT TWO PLAYERS FOR WBSC U23 WORLD CUP IN ARGENTINA
The New Zealand U23 Major Sox have drafted two players for the WBSC U23 World Cup in Argentina.
JUNIOR WHITE SOX CONFIRM KANSAS (USA) TOUR JUNE 2023
The JWSX management team are extremely excited to have been invited to the Top Gun Invitational Tournament in Kansas City in June with the tournament being touted as one of the big showcase tournaments in the USA. The JWSX will field teams in the 18U and 16U age grade brackets with an expected 250 teams in attendance. Coach Kiri Shaw, says, "this will be a phenomenal experience for 30 of our best players across these age groups".
