​​​​​​​Below are the tournament documents and forms required by Associations, Clubs, and Schools for entering Softball NZ tournaments this upcoming 2026 / 2027 season. They range from entry forms to return schedules (team rosters) to 'pick up player' forms.

NZ AGE GRADE NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS

Please note that all tournament entry documentation, including rosters, is due by Monday 8th February 2027.

SECONDARY SCHOOL SOFTBALL NATIONALS
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The deadline for entry is Friday 26 February 2027. The deadline for payment is Friday 5 March 2027.

PLAY OVERSEAS / INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS

​​​​​​​Players wishing to leave New Zealand to play in another country (either permanently or for a specified period), or athletes wishing to transfer into the New Zealand competition must refer to the following page around the WBSC's International Transfer Certificate.

BAT COMPRESSOR TEST

Bat compressor testing will be undertaken at selected national tournaments from the 2015-16 season onwards.
