I hope to leave the park on the Sunday when the challenge cup is over feeling like I’ve done everything in my power to put my hand up for 2019 World Cup selection I want to leave everything out on that diamond and have no regrets Training regimen: My training regime consists of two club softball training sessions a week (defensive practice and one offensive practice) one conditioning session a week with the Blacksox boys and also another couple sessions I do on my own Softball achievements: Winning the 2017 World Cup, 2x all world player in the ISC, Rookie of the year at 2015 ISC, and MVP at club nationals 2017 |
