Play a key role in providing enjoyment and value to all participants in softball. 

Reporting to the Board chair, the General Manager will provide leadership to Softball New Zealand and achieve the organisation’s strategic priorities.  You will need to garner commitment from stakeholders and partners and ensure alignment of all of softball’s effort and resources towards the continued development of the game.

We seek expressions of interest from people who have proven organisational leadership skills and experience in all facets of business management including planning, financial management and reporting.  A key strength will be your ability to communicate exceptionally well and build effective relationships within softball and outside of the sport.

This appointment represents an outstanding opportunity to bring together proven general management experience with a love of sport.  You will play an integral part in ensuring softball in New Zealand establishes itself as a leading sport and ensure softball’s success on the national and international stages.
