MISSOURI KC COLLEGE GRAD WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOUR TEAM
14 June 2021
Lia Lombardini
LL earns a team MVP, Summit League All Conference, and Midwest All Area leading her team, league, and NCAA D1 in numerous categories, ie RBIs (53), OB% (.422), and walks (31), finishing with batting average (.303), slugging (.512) and OPS (.934.) which are close to those she played with and against in the World Series. The actual red shirt junior is graduating summe cum laude with a teaching degree and is opting to enter the draft looking at Italy or New Zealand. She is also in the running for KCs Female/NCAA Student Athlete of the Year and an Academic All American due to her receiving a one of nine All Academic nod for the conference. Her coach, Kerry Shaw said Lia carried us in numerous games offensively versus the really tough teams. She will finish her career at Kansas City Softball as one of the all-time greats even though only playing technically three years. She is in the top ten in season/career home runs, doubles, rbis, walks, and put outs as well as the categories mentioned above. She has even pitched when needed holding a 3.0 ERA this year. She will work at the Royals Urban Youth Academy this summer until she leaves in the fall to play professionally and teach.
Kansas City Softball put itself on the map by playing and beating numerous ranked teams this year even with the loss of the Missouri Valley Pitcher of the Year. They had Number 1 Oklahoma down 2 to 0 through 5 innings before losing 6 to 4 in OKC at the World Series Stadium. They finished with a winning season of nearly 30 wins with many team records broken. The Roos were knocked out of the qualifying round of the dance after initially beating South Dakota State who fared well in the Regional.

Hello! Once again, my name is Lisa Maulden and I am the current Softball Recruitment Manager for Baseball Jobs Overseas (BBJO). I strive to link prospective imports with softball clubs across the globe.
Above and below is the list of prospective imports who: 1) have shown interest in playing softball overseas during the upcoming 2020/2021 winter season, and 2) are currently available for importing. Those listed as "undecided" are: current imports on the website, who, more than likely, have not been in touch with me recently in regards to their plans for the upcoming season.
Please feel free to click on the import's name in order to view more information about them, including their personal contact information. If you do not have a Club Profile, you will need to request login information HERE to contact imports. This service is FREE to clubs seeking imports from BBJO - no strings attached (seriously...).
I hope you and your club have been doing well by staying safe and staying sane during these crazy and unexpected times. Please feel free to reply to this email directly with questions/concerns you may have.
All the best with the upcoming season!
